Practical tools for physical therapists, built by a physical therapist. They open in your browser, with nothing to install.
The tools
Each tool opens in your web browser. There’s nothing to install, and every one produces a document with your practice’s name and logo on it.
Write a complete, structured musculoskeletal ultrasound report without starting from a blank page. Choose a region, record your findings, and watch the report build itself as you go.
Put your strength testing in context. Compare your patient’s results with published norms matched to their age, sex, activity level, and sport, and give a professional summary to the patient and referring provider.
Patients almost always ask for a letter at the very end of their visit or after their visit is supposed to be over. Fill in a few details, and get a clean, professional letter on your letterhead in seconds, not minutes.
These tools run entirely in your web browser. Nothing you type is sent to us or to anyone else, and there’s no account holding your patients’ records.
Some tools can remember your practice details on your own device, so you don’t have to retype your address and logo each time.
Who made these
These tools were made by a practicing physical therapist. Each one started as a solution to a real problem in daily practice, and each is shaped by how clinicians actually work.

It covers the large majority of findings you’ll see in everyday MSK ultrasound practice, but no structured tool can anticipate every case. That’s why you can download any report as a Word document and edit it freely, adding unusual findings or wording it your way before you sign it. You can also copy the text and edit it in your EMR.
