The Clinician’s Toolbox

Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 7, 2026

In short: the Tools run entirely in your web browser. Nothing you type into them is sent to us or to anyone else. We don’t use accounts, analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.

1. Information you type into the Tools

The MSK Ultrasound Report Builder, Dynamometry Norms Guide, and Patient Letters run on your own device. Patient details, findings, measurements, and the documents you create are processed in your browser and are not transmitted to us or to any third party. We cannot see, access, or recover them.

When you download, print, or copy a document, the copy you make is yours to protect.

2. Information saved on your device

Some Tools remember details on your own device so you don’t have to retype them. Depending on the tool, these can include your practice name, address, phone and fax numbers, logo, your name, credentials, and license or NPI number, your signature image, probe settings, dynamometer, and the most recent patient profile used in the Dynamometry Norms Guide (such as age range, sex, activity level, and body mass, but never a patient’s name). The Tools also remember whether you’ve hidden the “How to use this” panel.

This information is stored in your browser’s local storage, stays on that device, and is never sent to us. You can remove it by clearing it in the tool (for example, unchecking “Remember”), or by clearing your browser’s site data for clinicianstoolbox.app.

3. Information collected when you visit the site

Like any website, loading these pages involves a few routine technical requests. None of them include anything you type into the Tools.

We don’t use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies, and we don’t sell or share personal information.

4. When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you include in your message. We use it only to respond and to improve the Tools, and we don’t share it except as needed to provide email service or as required by law.

Please don’t include patient information, such as names or dates of birth, in your messages.

5. Changes to this policy

If we change how the Tools handle information, we’ll update this policy and the “Last updated” date above. If we ever add features that send information off your device, such as accounts, we’ll explain them here before they launch.
